and I know what it’s like to get to a point in your life when you realise you’ve started holding weight, have no energy, lack in confidence, and generally don’t feel good about yourself.

That was me, but not anymore. I’ve found out that it doesn’t have to be that way, and whether you believe it or not right now, I can share what I’ve learned with you so you too can sleep better, improve your mood, balance your hormones and drop the pounds you no longer want. All these benefits with no more ‘dieting’. . . And there are no expensive shakes or punishing exercise regimes.

How it works

Health Coaching with me enables you to create real change in every aspect of your life by focussing on the four pillars of optimal health – nutrition, sleep, mindset and lifestyle.

Also, by targeting lifestyle determinants like diet, stress, sleep patterns and gut health we can go deeper than treating apparent symptoms of poor health and weight gain and address the root cause of most conditions to create long lasting health and stabilise weight forever.


We’ll work together to set realistic goals that can be easily achieved and sustained, and I’ll support you daily to keep you on track. Once a week we’ll have a coaching session via Zoom, so you can be anywhere in the world, it really doesn’t matter. Or if you’d prefer, we can do it face to face if you live close to my office space.

Through his process you’ll become aware of what you need to do and feel empowered to achieve the results you want.

What is health coaching?

Knowing what you should be doing is only part of the problem if you are unhappy with any aspect of your health.

Staying motivated is the hardest part of any plan. The best way to stay in the zone is to have a coach who can give you a nudge or call you out if you start to go off piste.


I’d say this is the single biggest thing that makes the difference between reaching your goal and actually staying there. That’s where health coaching comes in. It keeps you accountable and will ensure all that good work doesn’t go to waste.


Remember, success doesn’t happen by accident.
