This programme is developed to go a little deeper if you know you want to take better care of your health as well as release weight, transform the way you eat and feel fabulous for life. Understanding when and what to eat, as well as being held accountable will keep you focussed on your health and weight loss goals.
At the end of the 8 weeks, by working to change habits you’ll see great results and by working on your mindset, you’ll create lasting change so there’ll be no need for fad ‘diets” in the future. You’ll have the tools to keep your health and weight on track.
