1-2-1 COACHING PROGRAMME
8 WEEKS £595

This programme is developed to go a little deeper if you know you want to take better care of your health as well as release weight, transform the way you eat and feel fabulous for life. Understanding when and what to eat, as well as being held accountable will keep you focussed on your health and weight loss goals.

 

At the end of the 8 weeks, by working to change habits you’ll see great results and by working on your mindset, you’ll create lasting change so there’ll be no need for fad ‘diets” in the future. You’ll have the tools to keep your health and weight on track.

"I have tried, and failed, in the past to lose weight which had a

negative effect on my self-confidence, but all this changed when I met Michelle.

 

With her expert knowledge, guidance and encouragement my confidence grew and I began to believe in myself again.

 

I started my journey on the 4-week programme and Michelle gave me everything I needed to get started.

 

Literature on what and what not to eat, labelling

advice, which was a real eye opener, recipe ideas, some with ingredients I never thought I would eat but have enjoyed and has given me a passion to start cooking again.

 

I received honest, positive feedback from Michelle, and I looked forward to our weekly zoom meetings. My weight began to drop, and this has spurred me on to continue to look after my body and I now look at food in a totally different way.
